1. Scope and purpose
These terms govern use of The College of Maasin Official Website at www.cm.edu.ph. The service supports the following institutional purpose: The official website provides institutional information, program/admission content, announcements, and links to online services. The public site identifies The College of Maasin, Inc. and publishes its physical address, telephone number, and general email. The public HTML does not provide a complete source-level inventory of CMS plugins, cookies, embedded media, or analytics. Use the service only for authorized College activities and in accordance with applicable law and College rules.
Accounts and access
- Use only an account and permissions issued to you by the College.
- Keep passwords, session tokens, RFID credentials, and recovery codes confidential. Do not use shared devices for persistent sign-in unless necessary; sign out and secure the device afterward.

The College may update, suspend, or limit features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. It will apply applicable laws and College policies when handling records during service changes. These terms do not waive a data subject’s statutory rights or replace employment, student, records-management, or disciplinary policies.
